JDM Diamondmasters

JDM Diamondmasters is a specialist provider of diamond cutting blades and tools to the construction and civil engineering industries. After a prolonged period of trading at a loss, in 2007 Bowdon Group acquired the company into its Bowdon Industries division.

Ford Mainwaring

Founded in 1966 by John Ford, Ford Mainwaring provides heating, plumbing and mechanical services to local authorities, prisons, schools as well as industrial and commercial organisations. Based in Newcastle under Lyme, UK, the company has a team of 30 staff. In 2007 the company was acquired by Bowdon Group as a retirement sale.

Skelair International

Skelair International is a leading supplier of ground engineering and rock drilling equipment, providing these on both a purchase and rental basis. Trading in Holmes Chapel, UK, since 1985, Skelair was acquired by Bowdon Group in 2007.
